1 LIFE LESSON LEARNED
trust, have patience & be open to receive.
after i quit my social media food videographer/photographer job in april 2019, i put out into the universe to get paid to travel for work.
i visualized myself traveling by getting hired to speak at different events because that’s what i thought getting paid to travel would look like for me.
1 month later, what came into my life instead was that i got to work for ghost adventures — a freelance tv gig that required me to travel to different places to shoot episodes.
although i got this gig, i was frustrated that i wasn’t able to get my travel-to-speak manifestation off the ground.
i wasn’t shifting my perspective to realize that my travel-for-work manifestation had already came into reality.
it just came in the form of traveling for a tv show!
because i was impatient with trying to make my travel-to-speak visions happen, it ended up causing me to get caught up in frustrations, overthinking & disappointment around why that manifestation wasn’t “here yet.”
when i internally shifted to focus on the feeling of what getting paid to travel felt like for me - joyful, expansive, exciting - this allowed me to manifest an opportunity that came in quicker than expected.
and most importantly, i had to be open to receive the opportunity.
which meant that there was some healing that needed to be done so i could make space for more to come in.
