1 LIFE LESSON LEARNED
i’ve had countless nights frustratingly tossing and turning in bed —
emotional af, overthinking, feeling empty, exhausted with old habits coming up even though i was consistently trying out so many healing modalities.
since my energy healing journey started in 2018, i used to be super skeptic and think that healing is incredibly hard.
i was a skeptic and thought it was hard because no matter how many yoga classes, reiki circles, sound baths, energy healing sessions, plant medicine experiences, etc. i tried…
sometimes i would think “is this healing even working?”
fast forward to now, i can now understand that every single healing experience i’ve gone through has definitely worked for me to become at peace with myself.
and i’ve learned that what works for me, may not work for someone else.
that’s why i value and encourage exploration — to find out what works for you through experience!
i do have moments where i feel like healing is still hard because the journey never ends.
however, i’ve also learned that i get to choose the hard that i go through in life.
with moving through the hard times, here are two perspective shifts i implement into my healing journey to make life a whole lot easier —
be curious about the process
make it fun!
the more i make healing a curious & fun habit, the more i want to consistently do it.
(and i used to really struggle with consistency when i first started — that’s a life lesson for another newsletter though!)
even though i still have a few nights where i frustratingly toss and turn in bed, my curiosity has exponentially helped me become more trusting with my journey and the people who choose to be a part of it.
i trust that choosing this hard is building a strong foundation within myself so i can keep sharing what i learn with you! :)

looking back to all of the moments i tried to be so serious & force healing to happen, it would lead me into feeling frustrated…
then i’d either give up or burn out.
